You can actually feel the difference after you take it, I am not making this up just try it yourself you will see how different you feel when you greatly reduce inflammation in your body. My allergies have been signifigantly reduced as well, not gone just not severe like they were and this is mostly due to the reduction of the inflammation that is usually part of the allergic response.
Trust me, you want the one from Life Extension as I have researched this stuff to the end of the earth and I do not work for them but they are a great company with amazing products. I started taking it originally for a sternum injury that was healing and I had some major arthritis like inflammation & pain. Not only has the curcumin made a huge difference and all but helped that go away for good but it's had other unexpected results too like keeping me from getting sick around all these sick coughing people everywhere. Take it 2 or 3 times per day with food during Flu season and take care of yourself get plenty of rest and wash your hands alot or use the germ killing gels whenever you touch stuff out in public or shake hands with people. If you listen to my advice you will likely avoid getting sick this year and beyond. Curcumin for the win! Peace!

Re: New Year, New You

My favourite breakfast is a smoothie made from banana, kiwi and pineapple mixed with ground flax seed, chia seed and hemp hearts I carry the seed mix with me and take my personal blender and either buy the fruit or get it at the hotel.

Re: New Year, New You

I believe water can work wonders with any system. Also been drinking Soy milk since the 70's and have not been to a medical doctor since 1984, so the math is 28 years! Not too many people can make that statement. I think Soy milk and other dairy products were the most popular substitute for dairy, therefore may have been taken out of balance for some people that caused the health issues for them. In my case, I alternated my substitutes for dairy and only use soy sparingly! Actually I mainly eat all whole foods and very little substitues and no analogs.

Re: Hallelujah Diet Travel Tips

I don't travel far distances much anymore, mostly day trips but I think just eating as I stated in the last post. Most of the time I just allow others that I am with to choose an eating place and then I make it a game to see what I can pick from that place that would be a healthy choice.
There have been very few times that I wish that I had not done that.
Almost all restaurants have at least a house salad and a baked potato at least. Many also have steamed vegetables.
I hope that I am showing others that you can eat out and enjoy their company while still eating "on program" too.
I hope it will give them ideas to also improve their eating habits while watching me.

Re: New Year, New You

how can i get all the calcium and protein i need with this "limited" diet.

Re: New Healthy Living Guide – FREE

is this the same as the magazine?

thanks

Re: New Year, New You

I intend to start by putting meat, milk and other dietary foods out of my family menu. And then increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables that we eat.

Re: Hallelujah Diet Travel Tips

Having just begun this course, all I have done so far is to look out for foods that Hallelujah diet recommends as much as possible when I am on a trip.I shall improve on this in future.

Re: New Year, New You

I have a restaraunt called the Garden Gate. Now he has to decide what type of diet to continue

Re: Hallelujah Diet Travel Tips

Air travel out of Bermuda is very strict, so absolutely no raw fruit or veggies. But consider that a huge blessing. A few months ago bumped into an acquaintance that worked in a vitamen shop and hadn't seen her for about 4 months. Almost didn't recognize her. In talking to her, she mentioned went on a gluten free diet. Honestly, this woman looked at least 20 years younger, she mentioned she lost 20 lbs, all her psoriasis gone from her face. Her skin shined. She absolutely glowed. She stated she felt awesome. We are so blessed that our country carries many gluten free foods. Anyway, she was the impetious that pushed me into eating without gluten. Without trying I also lost 20 lbs, not that needed to, and my energy surged. Praise God!

Re: Hallelujah Diet Travel Tips

Does this filter remove fluoride too?
